Vaman Automation was set up in Coimbatore in 2013 to manufacture electrical panels and automation systems for the industries around us, spinning mills, engineering units and process plants that could not afford downtime. Over the years the work grew from single panels to complete electrical packages: main panels, MCC and PCC systems, busbar ducts, cable tray networks and full turnkey execution from HT intake to the last distribution board.
We design and build in-house. Our engineering team works out the load calculations and panel layout, our fabrication shop cuts, bends and assembles the enclosures, and our own site team handles installation, testing and commissioning. That single-roof approach is what lets us hold to delivery dates and answer for the finished product, not just the parts inside it.
Today our panels sit in spinning mills, sugar mills, IT parks, hospitals, apartment complexes and solar installations across Tamil Nadu and Telangana. Some of the names on our client list, Casagrand, Isha Foundation, JSW, Telangana State Police, are there because the panels we supplied years ago are still running.

Our 415V, up to 3200A LT panels were short-circuit tested at the Central Power Research Institute (CPRI), Bangalore, for 50kA over 1 second (dated 09-Aug-2024).

Testing routines conform to IS:8623, IEC:947-1, IS:13947-1 and CEIG norms. Includes high-voltage verification up to 2.5kV for 1 minute and phase-to-phase insulation checks.
